Complaints Procedure for students Should you be unhappy at the outcome of an assessment that has been done or If you have a complaint about the training course you have been attending, please in the first instance raise the mater with your instructor who should be able to rectify and errors or clarify any questions. Forms are available at the end of the courses for your comments if you prefer to make am anonymous comment. All feedback forms are read and acted upon.
If they are not able to assist or your complaint is about the trainer please contact the Managing Director at the head office.

If you are still dissatisfied with the outcome of this appeal please contact the governing body for the course being attended. The decision of the governing body will be final and binding.
