General Terms Medical Specific Training SpecificGeneral Terms and ConditionsCompany NameWANT Medical services is the trading name of W & N Training Ltd and is treated as one and the same for the purposes of conditions of trade. We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to our agreed terms. Any account falling into arrears will be put on credit stop and all business with that customer shall cease until such time as the account is paid up to date W & N Training Ltd reserves the right to retain certificates or services until payment has been received in full. We accept Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer and Credit Card payments (via email using PayPal) Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% handling charge *Subject to status. Excludes transport and escort services Booking ConformationIf you have not received confirmation of your booking a week before the course or event, please contact us to make sure it has been received. Personal belongingsWe cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings. Medical & Transport Specific Terms & ConditionsPaymentAll Transport and escort services will require payment in full 7 Days after the booking. NHS/BUPA and Medical Cover will be invoiced as per our general terms subject to status. CancellationsCancellation of medical cover or transport & escort services less than 24 hours before the due start will be invoiced at the full cost. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will be invoiced at 25% of agreed cost. MileageMileage is worked out using the best route according to AA Route planning and will form the basis of any charges relating to distance. ChargesFor Medical Cover and Contract Transport services the standard day rate is valid up to 12 hours on site, taken from when the customer requests us to be there until they release us, overtime is charged per hour, or any part of hour after the 12 hours. Customers paying an hourly rate for cover are charged per hour or part hour base to base. (Brighton) A full breakdown of charges can be found here. Abuse of StaffW & N Training Ltd reserve the right to refuse to treat or transport any persons who are acting in an aggressive or abusive manor. We will prosecute any persons who assault our staff. Training Specific Terms and ConditionsDocumentationCourse documentation is issued only to those who attend the sessions. Changes to the course programmeIn the unlikely event of W & N Training Ltd cancelling or postponing a course, our liability will be limited to a full refund of any fee paid. Possible reasons might be:
Where possible, every effort will be made to re-schedule at the earliest possible convenience of the parties concerned Withdrawal from coursesShould you need to cancel a place on a course the following scale of refunds will apply 75% Refund for cancellation within 3 months of the course 50% Refund for cancellation within 2 Months of the course No refunds are given for cancellations by delegates within 1 Month of the course, or who fail to attend. The agreed course fee will still remain due. Additions/substitutionsIt may be possible to include additional delegates at the start of a course, (usually at the discretion of the trainer and provided the course has not reached its number restrictions). It is acceptable to substitute for those who fail to attend. Cancellations - (In House only)Organisations may obtain a full refund or exemption of the fee due for a course, provided a written request is received at least 14 days before the start of the course. Cancellation after this time will incur the full cost of the course according to our current published price
list. Disabled access/learning support provisionPlease contact the Course Co-ordinator at the earliest opportunity to discuss your requirements. Loss/damage to property or equipmentThe cost of repair or replacement of any W & N Training Ltd property damaged or lost whilst on loan to a delegate shall, on demand, be paid to W & N Training Ltd by the delegate responsible or their company. |
